Any RedFox product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of sale in original condition and with all original hardware. Returns after 30 days can be made by special arrangement.
All our jewels come with a one year guarantee against manufacturing defects, excluding minor flaws in the glass.
While it is our intention to always produce the highest quality and brightest colors, the process of hand-pressed glass is still done with hot kilns, mold pour and press. Occasionally, small bubbles or lines might appear in the glass - this is normal and out of our control. A subtle variation gives the glass a unique appearance, and is highly desirable by some collectors!
